The estate of the late King of Pop is outraged that ABC (who is the parent company of Disney) is preparing to air a documentary called ‘The Last Days of Michael Jackson.’
According to the estate, they ABC didn’t ask permission nor did they pay the estate anything to use Michael Jackson's name.

A rep for the estate tells TMZ … it’s especially galling that Disney — which owns ABC, and sometimes viciously protects its image — would sully the image of Michael. The rep called Disney’s conduct “disgraceful.”
